Today I drove my sister to the Humane Society and we spent hours there. This girl working there came into the cat room we were in and knew me from high school...I didn't really recognize her but when I finally asked ('cause she wasn't in any hurry to ask anything of me, just sat there and nodded and said I looked familiar, etc.) what year she graduated (same as me) and then her name, I sort of recognized her name. Then she finished cleaning the litter boxes and left. I didn't see her again.
